Welcome to Algarithm. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, which connects individuals seeking guidance (“Seekers”) with experienced individuals (“Experts”) through scheduled sessions. By accessing or using Algarithm, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use Algarithm, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. Experts must have verified credentials or relevant experience to register and provide services.

2. User Roles

a. Seekers

You may search for experts, book sessions, make payments, and provide feedback after your session. You agree to be respectful and honest in all interactions.

b. Experts

You may offer sessions by listing your expertise, availability, and fee. You are responsible for delivering quality, professional, and ethical guidance.

3. Booking and Payment

• Seekers must pay the full session fee at the time of booking.
• Both parties will receive a calendar invite via email upon successful booking.
• Experts are paid after the session is marked “Completed” by the expert.
• Algarithm may hold payments temporarily if a dispute is raised.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Seeker can reschedule or cancel a session by writing an email to asklearngrow@algarithm.in and complete refund would be provided. The cancellation or reschedule request should come atleast 6 hours before the scheduled Algarithm session. No-shows without prior notice may not be eligible for refunds.

If an expert fails to attend a scheduled session, they are required to contact the Algarithm team at asklearngrow@algarithm.in and provide an alternate time for rescheduling. Failure to respond or provide a resolution may result in the expert being delisted from the platform. We take commitment and reliability seriously to ensure a quality experience for every seeker

5. Refunds and Disputes

If a seeker is unsatisfied with a session, they may email asklearngrow@algarithm.in with the reason for dissatisfaction. After internal review, Algarithm may offer a one-time opportunity to book another expert at no additional cost.

6. Expert Payment Terms

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

Code of Conduct

• Harass, abuse, or mislead others
• Impersonate someone else or falsify credentials
• Use Algarithm for unlawful or unethical purposes
• Share or record session content without consent

Violations may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

7. Platform Usage

Algarithm is a facilitator and does not guarantee the outcome of any session. We are not responsible for the accuracy of expert advice or for any actions taken based on it. Use of the platform is at your own discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Algarithm—including logos, design, and original text—is the property of Algarithm and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Users retain rights to content they upload (e.g., profiles, bios, feedback).

9. Limitation of Liability

Algarithm is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform, including lost opportunities, emotional distress, or professional decisions taken based on advice.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any revised terms.
