1. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Seekers

• Seekers may cancel or reschedule a session by emailing asklearngrow@algarithm.in.
• A full refund will be issued if the request is made at least 6 hours before the scheduled session.
• Requests made within 6 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund.

2. No-Show or Dissatisfaction by Seekers

• If the expert fails to attend the session, the seeker is entitled to a full refund or a free rescheduling with another expert.
• If a seeker is unsatisfied with the guidance provided, they may email asklearngrow@algarithm.in with the reason. After internal review, the seeker may receive a one-time free session with another expert.
• Dissatisfaction claims must be made within 24 hours of the session

3. Expert No-Show or Non-Response

• Experts who miss a session are required to inform Algarithm and offer an alternate schedule.
• Failure to respond or reschedule in a timely manner may result in session cancellation without payment and temporary or permanent delisting from the platform.

4. Payment Handling

• All refunds are processed through the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Final Decision

All refund and rescheduling decisions are subject to Algarithm's internal review and discretion. We aim to be fair to both seekers and experts while maintaining trust and quality across the platform.
