What is Algarithm?

Who can become an expert on Algarithm?
Experts are individuals with proven experience or achievements—top-tier college alumni, seasoned professionals, or domain specialists. Each expert undergoes a screening process to ensure quality guidance.
How do I book a session with an expert?
Simply log in, search for an expert by domain, view their availability, and book a time slot. Once payment is completed, you'll receive a calendar invite with session details.
How are sessions conducted?
Sessions are conducted online through the platform's integrated video call feature or a shared meeting link. You’ll receive access details via email and calendar invite.
When and how is the expert paid?
Experts will receive their payment once the session is marked as “Completed” by the
expert. The final payout will be calculated based on the session fee set by the expert,
after
deducting Algarithm’s platform fee and any applicable taxes. All deductions will be
transparently communicated during expert onboarding and may be updated with prior notice
Funds will be remitted to the expert’s designated bank account or UPI ID, as
provided
during
onboarding, with disbursement initiated within 6 hours of session completion

Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a session by writing an email to asklearngrow@algarithm.in and complete refund would be provided. The cancellation or reschedule request should come atleast 6 hours before the scheduled Algarithm session
What if I’m not satisfied with the guidance provided by the expert?
If you feel the session did not meet your expectations, you can reach out to the Algarithm team at asklearngrow@algarithm.in with a brief explanation of your concern. After reviewing your request, our team may offer you a one-time opportunity to book another expert of your choice at no additional cost. We’re committed to ensuring you receive valuable and meaningful guidance
What happens if the expert doesn’t show up for the session?
If an expert fails to attend a scheduled session, they are required to contact the Algarithm team at asklearngrow@algarithm.in and provide an alternate time for rescheduling. Failure to respond or provide a resolution may result in the expert being delisted from the platform. We take commitment and reliability seriously to ensure a quality experience for every seeker
Can I give feedback after a session?
Yes, after your session ends, you’ll be prompted to rate the expert and share feedback based on your experience. Your input helps maintain the quality of guidance on Algarithm and supports other seekers in making informed choices.
